What this looks like in practice.

Reframing a revenue decline as four separate problems

A $30M+ multi-location brand knew growth had stalled but couldn't pinpoint why. A unified diagnostic across booking data, web analytics, search console, and ad platforms revealed four simultaneous channel declines, each with a different root cause and a different fix timeline. No one had the bandwidth to connect them. The diagnosis changed what got prioritized and who owned each fix.

Growth problems that live in the warehouse

A DTC frozen goods brand was losing orders to out-of-stock pages, but the product was only unavailable at a single warehouse while sitting in stock at others. The existing tech stack couldn't route orders across locations. After vetting and implementing a shipping platform between the website and the 3PL network, the fulfillment gap closed and mispicks dropped dramatically.

Closing the gap between reported and actual performance

A direct mail vendor's platform reported strong ROAS on a $1.4M campaign. An independent audit found that 99% of attributed conversions overlapped with the brand's organic buyers. Further analysis uncovered duplicate household attribution inflating revenue by 30% and bookings attributed before the mail had arrived. The findings led to a redesigned measurement framework with holdout testing.
